The Systems and Data Director is a key member of the leadership team and works in close collaboration with Directors and others to develop, implement, and carry out strategic objectives. The Systems and Data Director develops and spearheads key program planning activities, program evaluation, grant writing, professional development, and reporting and oversees the agency's collection, management, analysis, and interpretation of data. Ongoing responsibilities include supervision of department staff, assessment and continuous improvement of existing program monitoring, tracking and data systems, governance and synthesis of program data for operational, planning, grant-writing, and continuous quality improvement efforts.
