The Head Start/Early Childhood Director plans, directs and coordinates activities of the CSA head Start program to ensure delivery of a comprehensive child development and family services program for Head Start and Early Head Start children and their families. The Head Start/Early Childhood Director is responsible for the compliance as it relates to all aspects of operation, including childhood development, education, planning, training, budgeting, marketing and administrative and financial management. Provides direction to all center/program staff in the successful management and oversight of the Head Start/childcare center in accordance with established Head Start and pertinent federal, state and local laws, guidelines and performance standards.
