Preschool Assistant Teacher
CLASSIFICATION: Full-time. Full-Year or Seasonal. Non-Exempt. BASIC FUNCTIONS: Ensure compliance with Head Start Performance Standards and MVCDC Service Plans, Policies and Procedures. Assists with planning, implementing and evaluating daily activities that are developmentally appropriate for classroom children. Ensures the implementation of developmentally appropriate practices; measures children's progress in accordance with Federal outcomes. Ensures compliance with ODJFS, USDA, Health and Sanitation, and Regulations. Ensures the implementation of the agency designated curriculum.
